Auch wenn einige dieser Schritte f\u00fcr Sie offensichtlich erscheinen, glauben Sie uns, im wirklichen Leben m\u00fcssen die meisten Tauchlehrer von Zeit zu Zeit daran erinnert werden. Lernen Sie also von Anfang an, wie Sie gute Arbeit leisten und Ihre Kunden zufriedenstellen. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<strong>Sei p\u00fcnktlich.<\/strong> Diese Regel kann eigentlich auf jeden Bereich angewendet werden, in dem Sie arbeiten. Wenn Sie zu sp\u00e4t kommen, um Ihre Kunden von ihren Hotels abzuholen, hinterl\u00e4sst das von Anfang an einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Sie m\u00fcssen Ihren Job bis ins kleinste Detail lernen. Tauchlehrer haben von Tag zu Tag eine \u00e4hnliche Routine und Sie m\u00fcssen die t\u00e4glichen Abl\u00e4ufe so schnell wie m\u00f6glich lernen. H\u00f6ren Sie nie auf zu lernen. Wenn Sie alle Abl\u00e4ufe des Tauchzentrums kennen, die direkt mit Ihrem t\u00e4glichen Job zu tun haben, vertiefen Sie Ihr Wissen \u00fcber das Sporttauchen. Suchen Sie nach zus\u00e4tzlichen Quellen, in denen Sie mehr Informationen \u00fcber Physiologie, Tauchtechniken, ber\u00fchmte Taucher, Rekorde und alles, was von Interesse sein k\u00f6nnte, erhalten k\u00f6nnen. Wenn Sie mehr wissen als Taucher, werden sie immer zu Ihnen als F\u00fchrer aufschauen.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<strong>Sei ein Anf\u00fchrer.<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend Sie die Kunden so freundlich wie m\u00f6glich behandeln, m\u00fcssen Sie dennoch ihr Anf\u00fchrer sein. Sie m\u00fcssen die Aufmerksamkeit der Kunden auf sich ziehen und daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass sie Ihnen zuh\u00f6ren, wenn etwas getan werden muss. Sie m\u00fcssen das Gef\u00fchl haben, dass Sie die Gruppe kontrollieren. Wenn ein Kunde Ihren Anweisungen nicht gehorcht, m\u00fcssen Sie einen h\u00f6flichen, aber bestimmten Weg finden, ihn dazu zu bringen, Ihnen zuzuh\u00f6ren. Sie k\u00f6nnen die Taucher nicht tun lassen, was sie wollen, da dies die ganze Gruppe in Gefahr bringen kann.
