Aunque algunos de estos pasos te parezcan obvios, cr\u00e9enos: en la vida real, la mayor\u00eda de los divemasters deben recordarlos de vez en cuando. As\u00ed que aprende desde el principio a hacer un buen trabajo y a hacer felices a tus clientes. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<strong>S\u00e9 puntual.<\/strong> Esta regla se puede aplicar en cualquier \u00e1rea en la que trabajes. Llegar tarde a recoger a los clientes de sus hoteles da una muy mala impresi\u00f3n sobre ti desde el principio. E incluso si las inmersiones salen perfectamente bien ese d\u00eda, a\u00fan pueden tener una opini\u00f3n dudosa sobre ti. As\u00ed que prep\u00e1rate para no llegar nunca tarde. Y si por alguna circunstancia llegas tarde, recuerda informar a tus clientes de ello con antelaci\u00f3n.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<strong>S\u00e9 amigable.<\/strong> Esta es la clave de un buen servicio. Aunque est\u00e9s de mal humor o est\u00e9s muy cansado, nada puede ser motivo para tratar a tus clientes de forma poco amistosa. Saluda a los clientes con una sonrisa y mant\u00e9n una actitud amistosa con los buceadores durante todo el d\u00eda. Las personas son diferentes y es posible que te encuentres con algunos clientes tristes y desagradables. Eso no puede cambiar tu actitud. Nunca dejes de ser amable.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<strong>S\u00e9 profesional.<\/strong> Si los clientes ven que te falta alg\u00fan conocimiento sobre tu trabajo, no te respetar\u00e1n como su gu\u00eda. Tienes que aprender tu trabajo hasta el \u00faltimo detalle. Los divemasters tienen una rutina similar d\u00eda a d\u00eda y necesitas aprender los procedimientos diarios lo antes posible. Nunca dejes de aprender. Cuando aprendas todos los procedimientos del centro de buceo que conciernen directamente a tu trabajo diario, profundizar\u00e1s en tus conocimientos de buceo.
