<p>Félicitations ! Vous êtes désormais un professionnel PADI et pouvez commencer votre carrière aventureuse dans la plongée sous-marine. Cela vous ouvre de nombreuses opportunités de voyager, de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et de continuer à vous épanouir personnellement. En tant que divemaster, vous êtes autorisé à travailler dans n'importe quel centre de plongée du monde, vous pouvez guider des groupes de plongeurs certifiés, faire des plongées d'essai et assister à des cours.<\/p><\/div>\n
<h3>Quelles sont les exigences pour être embauché ?<\/h3><\/div>\n
<p>N’oubliez pas que pour pouvoir travailler, vous devez maintenir votre statut de divemaster actif auprès de la fédération de plongée. Surveillez le renouvellement annuel pour ne pas manquer le moment de payer la cotisation. De plus, vous devez toujours avoir une assurance de plongée professionnelle différente de celle que vous aviez avant d’obtenir la licence de divemaster. Vous êtes maintenant prêt à travailler. Pour de nombreux centres de plongée dans les destinations touristiques, il est important que vous parliez plusieurs langues. Donc, si vous connaissez plusieurs langues, ce sera certainement un grand avantage pour vous.<\/p><\/div>\n
<p>Motivé par votre passion pour la plongée, vous pourriez avoir envie de voyager à travers le monde pour découvrir par vous-même des destinations de plongée toujours plus époustouflantes. Vous pourriez également envisager de travailler à bord de navires proposant des forfaits croisière-plongée.<\/p><\/div>\n
<h3>Quelle est la prochaine étape de votre carrière ?<\/h3><\/div>\n
<p>Pour devenir un plongeur professionnel, vous devez suivre des cours de formation supplémentaires. Le niveau suivant au-dessus de Divemaster est celui d'Assistant Instructor et d'Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI). Pour obtenir la qualification, vous devez vous inscrire à un cours IDC (Instructor Development Course) qui a lieu plusieurs fois par an à Tenerife. Nous vous recommandons d'obtenir directement la licence OWSI, car l'Assistant Instructor n'est qu'une étape intermédiaire et facultative vers la licence d'Instructeur.<\/p><\/div>\n
<p>Lors du cours IDC, les candidats développent leurs compétences pédagogiques sous la direction de directeurs de cours PADI expérimentés. Ils apprennent des techniques d'enseignement efficaces, des techniques de présentation en classe et en eau confinée, et comment mener une formation en eau libre. Après avoir réussi l'examen, les participants obtiennent leur licence OWSI et peuvent commencer à enseigner des cours jusqu'au niveau Divemaster.<\/p><\/div>\n
