M\u00eame si certaines de ces \u00e9tapes vous semblent \u00e9videntes, croyez-nous, dans la vraie vie, la plupart des divemasters doivent s'en souvenir de temps en temps. Apprenez donc d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but \u00e0 faire du bon travail et \u00e0 rendre vos clients heureux. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<strong>Sois  ponctuel.<\/strong> Cette r\u00e8gle peut s'appliquer \u00e0 n'importe quel domaine dans lequel vous pourriez travailler. \u00catre en retard pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les clients \u00e0 leur h\u00f4tel donne imm\u00e9diatement une tr\u00e8s mauvaise impression de vous. Et m\u00eame si les plong\u00e9es se d\u00e9roulent parfaitement ce jour-l\u00e0, ils peuvent toujours avoir une opinion douteuse de vous. Alors, organisez-vous pour ne jamais \u00eatre en retard. Et si en raison de certaines circonstances vous \u00eates en retard, n'oubliez pas d'en informer vos clients \u00e0 l'avance.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<strong>Sois  amical.<\/strong> C\u2019est la cl\u00e9 d\u2019un bon service. M\u00eame si vous \u00eates de mauvaise humeur ou que vous \u00eates fatigu\u00e9, rien ne peut \u00eatre une raison pour traiter vos clients de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able. Vous accueillez les clients avec le sourire et toute la journ\u00e9e, vous gardez une attitude amicale envers les plongeurs. Les gens sont diff\u00e9rents et vous pouvez rencontrer des clients maussades et d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables. Cela ne peut pas changer votre attitude. Ne cessez jamais d\u2019\u00eatre amical.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<strong>Sois professionnel.<\/strong> Si les clients voient que vous manquez de connaissances sur votre travail, ils ne vous respecteront pas en tant que guide. Vous devez apprendre votre travail dans les moindres d\u00e9tails. Les divemasters ont une routine quotidienne similaire et vous devez apprendre les proc\u00e9dures quotidiennes le plus rapidement possible. N'arr\u00eatez jamais d'apprendre. Lorsque vous apprenez toutes les proc\u00e9dures du centre de plong\u00e9e qui concernent directement votre travail quotidien, approfondissez vos connaissances de la plong\u00e9e sous-marine. Trouvez des sources suppl\u00e9mentaires o\u00f9 vous pouvez en apprendre davantage sur la physiologie, les techniques de plong\u00e9e, les plongeurs c\u00e9l\u00e8bres, les records, tout ce qui pourrait les int\u00e9resser. Lorsque vous avez plus de connaissances que les plongeurs, ils vous consid\u00e9reront toujours comme un leader.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<strong>Sois un leader.<\/strong> Bien que vous traitiez les clients de la mani\u00e8re la plus amicale possible, vous devez toujours \u00eatre leur leader. Vous devez g\u00e9rer l\u2019attention des clients et les faire vous \u00e9couter quand quelque chose doit \u00eatre fait. Ils doivent sentir que vous contr\u00f4lez le groupe. Si un client n\u2019ob\u00e9it pas \u00e0 vos instructions, vous devez trouver une mani\u00e8re polie mais ferme de le faire vous \u00e9couter. Vous ne pouvez pas laisser les plongeurs faire ce qu\u2019ils veulent car cela peut mettre tout le groupe en danger. Vous \u00eates le leader et c\u2019est \u00e0 vous de prendre les d\u00e9cisions les plus importantes.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<strong>Sois patient.<\/strong> Ne perdez jamais patience avec les clients. Certains de vos \u00e9l\u00e8ves ne seront pas faciles \u00e0 enseigner la plong\u00e9e sous-marine. Certains penseront qu\u2019ils en savent plus que vous. Il peut y avoir de nombreuses situations diff\u00e9rentes o\u00f9 votre patience sera mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve. Mais ne soyez jamais impoli envers le client (jamais !).
