You need to <strong>know the procedures<\/strong> that we taught to you during the divemaster course. After you solve the problem, your next priority is to make your clients think good of you. They watch you and they judge how you react in a difficult situation. Never lose your nerve, <strong>keep calm and self-confident.<\/strong> Talk to the clients. Don\u2019t think that if you avoid speaking about the problem, the clients will somehow forget about it. No, they will have a feeling that you couldn\u2019t quiet deal with the problem and that&#8217;s why you are afraid to talk about it. So, you need to speak with each of them and find out if someone is still angry and have bad feelings about the situation. In most cases, you can change the bad mood of the group by just talking to the clients, showing them your readiness to solve their doubts or complaints and paying your attention to their opinion. <strong>Face angry clients<\/strong> and answer them in a respectful way and you will see that you will conquer respect of your clients.
